We want you to love your Missoma jewelry, but if you're not perfectly satisfied, we offer a 60-day return window for all orders including earrings. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your jewelry back in its original Missoma box and pouch, ensuring the pieces are securely fastened to prevent tangling during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; you will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
